We store the minimum needed to run the app: your workspace's Slack team ID, bot token (encrypted), tournament state (channel, matchups, vote tallies), and Stripe billing IDs if you subscribe to a paid plan. We do not store messages, channel history, member lists, or personal information. We do not sell or share data with third parties.
We retain data to preserve tournament history. To request deletion of your workspace's data, email hello@badsw.dev and we'll take care of it.
We may update this policy and will post changes here with an updated effective date.
